INGREDIENTS:
Recipe makes 6 Naans
2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Pinch of baking soda
2 tablespoons oil
21/2 tablespoons yogurt
3/4cup look warm water
1 teaspoon clear butter or ghee
1/4 cup all purpose flour for rolling

Not really. You'd need more yeast, no baking soda, no oil, no yoghurt. But hey, experiment! While it might not make pizza dough, you might discover something you really like.
