haha i thought i knew this recipe last night, i just threw everything in a blender and went; "that'll be fine.." i was so, so wrong, if you like bitter scanky tasting pond scum try my way.. I still finished the jug though haha :D

I always use Muscovado sugar that unfortunately colors my Mojito in a brownish way but tastes excellent! I don't have a muddler since it costs way to much for a piece of stick, a mortar works just as fine =o)
